What Our Live Poker Rooms Actually Offer

We carry live poker titles from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios that run their own purpose-built studios with multi-camera setups, so the card shuffle is visible and the dealer interaction feels real. Casino Hold'em runs around the clock, letting you place an Ante bet and an optional AA side bet in the same round. Three Card Poker keeps the

pace up with quick hands and a Pair Plus side bet sitting alongside the main wager. Texas Hold'em tables open at stakes that suit both cautious play and bigger rounds. Players in Dhaka and Chattogram reach the live lobby in seconds on a standard mobile connection — no app download required to start.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play Standards Across Our Poker Tables

Live poker is a different trust question from slots — there is no RNG to audit because the cards are physically shuffled. What matters instead is the dealing studio, the camera coverage, and the provider's certification. Here is how we keep that transparent for you.

Certified Studio Providers

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent certifications for their dealing studios. Each shuffle and deal is recorded, and those recordings are available to the provider for dispute review.

Visible Card Handling

Multi-camera angles at Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios let you watch the full shuffle. Nothing happens off-screen — the cut, the burn card and each deal are in frame.

Hand History Access

Every live poker hand you play is logged under your account. You can view the result, your bet amount and the dealer action for any completed round — useful if you want to review a decision.

Regional Eligibility Transparency

We state clearly that live poker access depends on local law and eligible regions. We do not overstate availability and we do not hide restrictions in footnotes.

HELP WHILE PLAYING

Support Paths for Live Poker Questions

Live poker tables move fast. If something breaks mid-hand — a disconnection, a bet that did not register, a dealer ruling you want to query — here is how we handle it. Reach our support team through live chat or email; keep your hand ID from the game screen ready to speed up the check.

Live Chat During a Session Open the chat widget while the table is running. Paste your hand ID and describe the issue. Our team can pull the hand history and confirm what happened at the table.
Email for Account Disputes If a round result is unclear or a bet was not settled correctly, email us with your account ID and the approximate time of the hand. We review the dealer log and reply.
Wallet and Chip Balance Queries Chip balance not matching your bKash or Nagad deposit? Contact support with your transaction reference. We cross-check the wallet transfer against your account credit.

Live Poker Glossary for New and Returning Players

These are the terms that come up most often at our live poker tables. Each definition is written in plain language — no unnecessary jargon, no fluff.

What is the Ante bet in Casino Hold'em?

The Ante is your opening wager placed before the dealer reveals the flop. It commits you to the round; you then decide whether to Call or Fold after seeing the community cards.

What does 'Pair Plus' mean in Three Card Poker?

Pair Plus is an optional side bet that pays out based solely on your three-card hand strength — a pair or better wins regardless of what the dealer holds.

What is a 'burn card' in live poker?

Before dealing community cards, the dealer discards one card face-down — the burn card. This is a standard dealing procedure visible on camera, preventing any advantage from a marked top card.

What does 'Call' mean when playing Casino Hold'em?

After seeing the flop, choosing Call means you place a second bet equal to twice your Ante and continue the hand. Folding forfeits your Ante without seeing the full board.

What is RTP in the context of live poker side bets?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers a side bet returns over time. Where a provider publishes this figure, it appears in the game's paytable — we do not state it ourselves.

What does 'hand history' mean on a live poker platform?

Hand history is the logged record of each round you played — bet amount, cards dealt, dealer outcome and your result. Your account stores these so you can review any completed hand.
